The services we offer is supported by equipment from Xerox ™ Corp., AlphaCard ®, & Fulcrum Biometrics ®. The software used to evaluate employees, students, members, or others of their knowledge of your procedures, processes, and subject matter is developed with Adobe Captivate which can be linked to Cloud SCROM or presented through Adobe Connect.

Hardware

Document Scanning - Our Xerox DocuMate 6460 has a scanning speed of up to 70 ppm / 140 ipm, 11,000 page daily duty cycle, Max document size 9.5" x 236", and Visioneer® OneTouch® scanning to multiple applications.

AlphaCard Pro 550 ID Card Printer - Your employee, member, student, or staff photo is taken with a true HD2.0 megapixel camera and embedded with your company brand colors, font, and logo on their ID card. We can include custom watermarks, background image, 1D or 2D Barcode, digital signature, fingerprint capture, and hologram.

Fingerprinting - We use the Fulcrum Biometrics DactyScan84c from Green Bit to Livescan or print-to-card applicants fingerprints for submission to the designated government agency for processing. The reader is capable of capturing 4 slap and 2 thumbs fingerprints, allowing collection of all 10 fingerprints using the 4+4+2 method. This device is certified by the FBI as compliant with FBI IAFIS IQS CJISRS-0010 (V7) Appendix F. It is also compliant with ANSI/NISTITL-1-2007, ANSI/NIST-ITL-1-2000 and ISO/19794-4 standards. A user interface based on 12 LEDs facilitates the acquisition procedure by indicating the fingerprint(s) to be acquired and providing quality feedback. This equipment is approved for use Livescan fingerprinting transmission by the Nevada Department of Public Safety, Federal Bureau of Investigation, California Department of Justice and will satisfy the State of Arizona Print-To-Card standards.

Software

Adobe Captivate is the authoring tool used to develop your e-Learning project. It could be an interactive quiz, game, software simulations, branched scenarios, or full course. It can also be used to create screencasts, and to convert Microsoft PowerPoint for use with Adobe Captivate.

The demos and examples on the Portfolio page will illustrate advanced features and functionality that can be included in your e-Learning application.

Adobe Connect is used to communicate with you in real-time for review of milestones or phase completion of your project before it is considered complete.

Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are used to convert your documents into PDF files for inclusion with your e-learning application.

Other utilities are used to edit graphics, audio, and videos used in the production of your finished product.

We can use SCORM Cloud to host your eLearning content (SCORM, xAPI, AICC and cmi5) and takes advantage of the following features right out of the box: (1.) Test your content to make sure your courses will play as expected by learners, (2.) Deliver your training courses directly to learners using links or emails, (3.) Share access to your eLearning courses with third-party systems, (4.) Track usage with built-in reporting tools that help you identify who is taking what courses and dig in to question-level course analytics, and (5.) Use an ADL-conformant Learning Record Store (LRS) Note: This platform is not a LMS (Learning Management System).
