Eugene Williams Consulting provides local and remote notary public services for various legal or financial documents.
My commission expires June 30 2021 and the fees I charge for notarizing consumer documents are controlled and mandated by the State of Nevada - Secretary of State office.
I also provide assistance with helping you register with the Nevada Lockbox system so you can store your advance directive, living will, and health care power of attorney on the Nevada Secretary of State website. You may or may not need to work with an attorney to create your advance directives, but some states require that you sign the documents in the presence of one or more witnesses. Once the documents are completed, your health care agent and physician should have copies.
With advanced notice, I can provide two witnesses and notarize your documents in my office.
Eugene Williams Consulting is a qualified, insured, and bonded notary signing agent.
In this capacity I can be hired by title or mortgage firms to process the signing of their loan documents and returned to them for processing within the requested time.
I have completed over 50 refinance or property purchases through SnapDocs
The Veterans Administration has qualified my business as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business. This means my business is eligible to participate in the Veterans First Contracting Program opportunities with the VA.
